InterAfrica Group can customise all its management, leadership and specialist programmes for organisations in Africa and further afield.
We have developed a tried and tested approach to the development of in-house programmes, namely one where it customises programmes according to the specific needs of both the organisation involved as well as the needs of the target group. This approach is in sharp contrast to the conventional approach where existing programmes are taken as the point of departure, and minor changes are brought about.
